Payment options:

Currently we accept Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit. Note : Credit Cards occur a 4% charge (Visa, Master Card),

Placing Foreign Orders:

If you require kids theme parties to place an order other then our line of stock. Please call our staff and they will help with your needs. Prior to placing an order, customers will receive a quotation. Which will need to be accepted in writing/email. Customer will then be required to make payment for goods before order will be placed.

Concerns with Order:

If you have any concerns with order please do not hesitate to contact our staff.

Cancellation of Order:

If order is to be cancelled, for reasons other then no items being in stock. A cancellation fee of 5% of order will be deducted from any monies paid.

Out of Stock Items:

If you have ordered from our line of stock and the ordered items are not in stock you will be notifed by telephone or email within two days of placing order. If order is to be cancelled due to availability of stock items all monies paid will be credited back to customers accounts or cheque will be posted which ever the case may be.

Payment Policy :

Orders for items currently out of stock or on wait times need to be pre paid prior to order being placed with our supplier.

All goods are to be paid for in full prior to order being shipped. If paying by cheque allow three days for funds to be processed before goods are shipped. 

If paying onsite pickup (prior arrangments to be made) we have credit payment facilities available.

In case of foreign orders, acceptance of quotation along with payment will need to be received by our staff prior to order being placed.

Customers will then be notified of approximate delivery time of order. A receipt of payment if paid via credit card will accompany goods in shipment.

Shipping Information:

All goods are shipped within 1-4 days unless you are notified. Out of stock items will have expected delivery times posted on website next to item. Foreign orders you will be given an estimated delivery time. If you have any queries with your order please do not hesitate to contact our staff.

Return Goods Policy :

Return of goods at customers cost, will only be accepted up to 7 Days after shipping. A restocking charge will apply. Any opened or damaged goods will not be accepted for restocking. Please advise staff prior to returning any items. Customer will then be issued a refund for the returned items less restocking fee of 5% of the items value inclusive of GST.
